I gave this a few tries because I really wanted to like it, but the flavor was just hard to get past. It had this bitter taste and a weird aftertaste that I couldn’t quite place?? I ended up having to mix it with a lot just to make it drinkable.

"Always shows in stock... but isn’t"
I’ve tried ordering twice now, and both times it said the item was in stock, but then it turned out it wasn’t. Frustrating, honestly, especially when you’re thinking you finally found what you needed. Not the best experience.

They got back to me quick and kept everything simple, which I appreciated. There wasn’t a bunch of confusing back and forth or anything, just clear answers and that was nice.

I used srilabs and it was sorta easy to get around. The pages loaded fine, and I found what I needed without having to click all over the place. The layout is simple, which I actually liked.

"I definitely needed clearer ingredient info"
I was checking out their products, and I’m absolutely sure the ingredient details were way too vague for comfort. Some of the info felt weirdly hard to track down, and for me that makes it basically impossible to feel confident about what I’m buying. I’d 100% rather see the full labels upfront before even considering it.

"Eligibility details left me confused"
I was trying to place an order on Srilabs, but the eligibility info wasn’t really clear. I ended up clicking around different pages and still couldn’t tell if I was actually allowed to buy or not, which made me feel less like a customer and more like some ticket number getting pushed through a system.
The site itself isn’t terrible, but that part made the whole experience frustrating. It would help a lot if they explained the requirements upfront before checkout, so people don’t waste time guessing.
"Crushed box ruined my plans"
I was really disappointed when this showed up because the box was completely crushed. I had planned to use it right away, but the awful packaging basically ruined that. Not a great experience.

"Pretty smooth order overall"
I ordered from srilabs and the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be, I got tracking after about a day and the package showed up in good shape, it wasn’t like same-day fast or anything crazy but still good overall. I took off one star because the updates could’ve been a little clearer, but besides that it was a solid experience

In the end, the whole payment process was really smooth. I liked that srilabs.com kept the payment options simple, and I didn’t get stuck or have to deal with any confusing extra steps. Checkout was fast, the payment went through without any issues, and it just felt easy overall.

I reached out to support about a issue I was having, but it felt like they just kept brushing it off. I explained the problem more than once, and still nothing really changed. In the end, my issue never got fixed, which was frustrating.

"Honestly, not worth the money"
I was disappointed with this because right out of the box it just felt flimsy and cheap, and then when I actually tried using it, it didn’t work nearly as well as I expected, so between the poor quality and the hassle of dealing with something that already felt like it wouldn’t last, I really don’t see myself buying from here again.

"Return policy could use a little clarifying"
The site was fine overall, but I did have to spend more time than I expected trying to figure out the return policy because the details about how long you have to send something back and what condition the item needs to be in weren’t super clear at first, and while I did eventually find the information I needed, I just wish it had been explained in a simpler, more straightforward way

"Started noticing it around week three"
I tried one of the SRILABS products for about a month, and at first I wasn’t sure it was doing much, actually, by the third week I started catching myself noticing a real difference. It definitely wasn’t some overnight thing, but it did seem to work the way it said it would.
Ordering was simple, which was nice, but the main thing for me is that the product actually helped. I didn’t have any weird side effects either, so yeah, I’m happy with it and would buy it again

I was frustrated with the delivery experience. My order didn’t show up when I thought it would, and the tracking updates didn’t really explain what was going on.
I kept checking for new information and waiting around, but it felt like the order was just in limbo. From my side, it gave the impression that no one was really keeping an eye on it or making sure things stayed on schedule.
I understand delays happen sometimes, so I’m not expecting everything to be perfect. But if I needed something by a certain date, I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering again

I can see how this might work well for some people, and parts of it seemed solid. But for me, the plans felt a little too rigid, like there wasn’t much room to adjust things to fit my schedule. Canceling also ended up being more annoying than I expected, which kind of took away from the good parts. So yeah, it’s not terrible, but I’m not totally convinced it was the right fit for me...

"Felt unsure and a bit pressured"
I checked out srilabs.com, but it didn’t really make me feel comfortable. Some of the information wasn’t very clear, and I felt like I had to dig around too much just to find basic details. The more I looked, the more unsure I got, and I even felt a little pressured to keep moving forward without feeling fully confident.
Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me, the trust just wasn’t there. I usually prefer websites that are upfront, easy to understand, and simple to verify before I deal with them.

The product range is decent and I was able to find a few basics, but there weren’t as many choices as I expected. The site also feels a bit limited, and I think adding more details and options would really help. I also expected a faster response when I had questions, so that part could be improved too
